What the cities have in common
Same ID, same process, different rules
- One WhatsApp chat creates the ID: no form, no fee, no office visit and no APK download.
- Deposits use UPI everywhere; only the preferred app changes, PhonePe in the north and east, Google Pay in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad.
- Withdrawals return to an account in your own name, so the name on the payment app must match the ID.
- Gambling law is a state matter. Tamil Nadu has a dedicated 2022 online gambling prohibition, Telangana and Gujarat enforce the strictest older laws; most other states rely on public gambling statutes written before the internet.
- Adults aged 18 and over only, in every city, with a spending limit set before the first match.
